Kate Spencer/Manhunter by Joe Benetiz. Kate wears one of the most sensible superhero outfits ever. Nothing loose, no 15 million pouches all over her body, no loose hanging belt or sash. Armor where a real fighter would need it most, protecting her vulnerable neck, shoulders, arms and hands she punches with. No zipper unzipped down to her navel. The only bare skin is where she needs to keep up a good flow of oxygen. And hair in a ponytail. There’s no female fighter/martial artist in the world who lets her hair hang loose in combat. So, to sum up. Pretty much everything you WON’T see in a costume in the new DCNu.
