Sure, there’s Wimbledon and the Women’s World Cup in football/soccer and this week is the US Open Golf tournament, the next major on the LPGA golf Tour, but did you know that also going on right now are the 2011 World Netball Championships? (For those in the US, Netball is a team sport similar to basketball, played primarily by women, originated in England and now popular in the former Commonwealth countries - i.e. a lot of the same countries that play cricket!)
